8th Grade Dates to Remember

·    Thursday, February 3, 2011 @5:30 9^th grade parent meeting SHS (Dinner will be served)**

·    Wednesday and Thursday February 9^th and 10^th, 8^th grade students will schedule classes with a high school counselor.

·    Friday, February 11, 2011 8^th Grade Job Shadow Day.Please find a job that falls under your career pathway.You will not be allowed to shadow any school in Spalding County.

GA College 411

We have introduced our 8th grade students to GACollege411. It is a web site designed for students and parents  to use as they prepare to successfully complete middle and high school. This site will be used  to plan for high school, college, financial aid, as well as career awareness. The 6th and 7th grade students will create their accounts once we return to school in 2011.
